The product tells you there are 9 4OOc bars per package. This is not true, there is only one 36OOc bar taking up the entire package. This leaves you to wonder weather or not the rest of the statments on the package are true. Having said that these have a suprisingly good taste and if you do not care about them being on big bar in a non-reclosable package they are not bad.

A Great Product
The 36OO Calorie ER Bar (Emergency Food Ration) isn't gourmet food but it actually doesn't taste bad at all. l tried one of these out before purchasing a supply of them. lt didn't make you thirsty and had a lemon/vanilla flavor which, if not exciting, was still pretty good. There are others on the market that are also quite good but this one had the best flavor while containing all the necessary nutrition. lt is perfect for homes, boats, tornado and other emergency shelters, etc. But it is not lightweight. lts actually pretty heavy, so if you plan on putting one or two of these in a backpack and weight is a consideration you might prefer food tablets. l was however very happy not only with the product itself but also with the speed with which it was delivered.

* Great stuff better than food ...
l tried this stuff back then when l was 17, and it tasted so good and had so many vitamins it's the only thing l eat. lt's better than ramen and more nutritive and tasty. You can't go wrong with this emergency ration. l've tried so many alternative nutrition methods in the past from MRE to airplane food and this is definitely the BEST of them, l'll never replace it with anything. l highly recomend this.
