Southwest Chipotle Marinade - A combination of 7 different chiles and peppers blended with the natural flavors of tangerine, papaya, and lemon.
Louisiana Red Pepper Marinade - A blend of cayenne pepper sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, citrus peels and many other rich accents.
California Sun Dried Tomato Marinade - A blend of the essences of sun dried tomato, orange peel, and papaya nectar.
San Francisco Teriyaki Marinade - A blend of the traditional Asian flavors of soy and ginger with the American flavors of apple cider vinegar and molasses.
Chef Paul Prudhommes Magic Seasoning Blends has been in business since 1982 when customers from Chef Pauls New 0rleans-based K-Pauls Louisiana Kitchen restaurant began asking to take home the chefs unique seasonings. What was once a garage-housed operation has grown to a 5O,OOO square-foot plant. Currently, Magic Seasoning Blends offers all-natural, MSG free products in sixteen different blends; Magic Pepper Sauce; seven ground, dried Magic Chiles; four Magic Sauce & Marinades; and several cookbook gift-packs. With the exception of Pizza & Pasta seasonings and the sauce/marinades, all products are certified Kosher.

Gave this to two people as gifts for Christmas. l was amazed how large the bottles were and they were too. 0ne person told me this is the Chef that trained Emiel, you know the BAM guy on the food network--who knew. The other person is just really into marinades. Have to really say this its a great price for how much you get. AWES0ME...never did get a call to come over for dinner lol
