l was surprised at the freshness of this Greek pita bread. lt was a nice change from the local fair, even though we purchase it the same day it is baked. There must be some secret l'm missing. l lightly brushed some olive oil on 2 slices, errr, pitas, popped them in the microwave for a few, and heartily began dipping into the newly arrived Hummus. Great snack, easy to fix, and l will be buying more.
